Galena Property Services has developed Continuity of Operations Plans (COOP) for the Pyramid Lake Paiute Tribe and the Reno Sparks Indian Colony.  This process started during the 4th quarter of 2012 and was completed in June 2013.  Galena Property Services developed COOP for 20 departments for each tribes.  One on one meetings were held with department heads to complete mission essential functions, vital records, contacts, alernate work locations among others in the 10 elements of COOP.  The COOP process was well received and all viewed COOP as critical to keep business operational after any emergency or disaster.

Galena Property Services has also been involved and continues to be involved in the development of COOP for several Nevada State Agencies.  This involvement has been one on one with Agency deparment heads to develop their missions essential functions (MEF’s), vital resources and records, alternate work locations, contact list, delagations of authority, orders of succession and other elements of the COOP process.
